Seta-375-NHS and Seta-385-NHS for STED microscopy
Seta-375-NHS and Seta-385-NHS are bright, water-soluble amine-reactive labels for excitation with the 375 – 380-nm diode laser. They combine high brightness, a large Stokes’shift of over 100 nm and a fluorescence lifetime of several ns when labeled to proteins. They are also well-suited for dual-color STED microscopy.
