SQ Dyes (Reactive Quenchers)

SQ Dyes are non-fluorescent quenchers for labeling of proteins, peptides and amino-modified oligonucleotids. These reactive quenchers are suitable as non-fluorescent acceptors in combination with a wide range of fluorescent donors in FRET based applications. Specific donor-acceptor pairs with these acceptors are listed under FRET applications. SQ-565, SQ-740 and SQ-780 are also available as maleimides.
