Tandem Conjugates

Phycobiliprotein-tandem-conjugates permit the simultaneous detection of several parameters on cell surfaces using the 488 nm or 633 nm laser lines and other light sources for similar wavelengths. We refer you to Flow Cytometry for a list of common fluorescently labeled phycobiliproteins tandem dyes that are frequently used in Flow Cytometry, including a list of our superior Seta dye and Seta tandem dye replacements.

SETA BioMedicals has spent several years researching to optimize and produce these phycobiliprotein-tandems. These ready-made tandems of R-PE, PerCP, and APC are optimized for brightness, spillover, and photostability. We refer you to our specs sheets below for a more detailed information.
