SETA BioMedicals offers advanced fluorescent dyes, tandems and labels (fluorochromes) optimized for Single Cell Fluorescence Lifetime Flow Cytometry (SC-FLFC) and High-Throughput Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Flow Cytometry (HTFLIM-FC), enabling robust, fluorescence lifetime-based, single and multi-cell analyses. These lifetime-based fluorescent reporters cover the full spectral range from UV to near-IR with analyte-sensitive fluorescence lifetimes (FLTs) from ps up to tens of ns.

* Fluorochrome conjugated to antibody (protein). D/P is dye-to-protein ratio
** Not determined
*** pH-sensitive dye, excitable at 650 nm under acidic pH and at 532 nm at basic pH emitting at 660–670 nm under all conditions [4].
**** highly lifetime sensitive
***** low lifetime sensitivity without FRET acceptor these dyes are not useful! – we should include dyes which change the lifetimes like our semi-SQ dyes and SQ dyes when binding to something! SRs are not useful here!
